This is the best movers and packers experience i have ever had. We were looking for shifting from Hyderabad to Kolkata and had quotes from many different and big brands like Aggarwal packers but many of my relatives and friends have had bad experiences , so we decided to look for some other and we came in contact with PDM Movers and Packers. Our first interaction was very good, and we were impressed by their ability to say the truth and not try to impress us. Their packaging was too good , even my neighbour was surprised that they came on time and packed everything very efficiently and took proper care of each and every luggage. It was their packaging that even made me think whether i should take insurance or not. I was very impressed by their ability to pack everything with care. We had a glass dinning table which I was very nervous about but their packaging gave me the confidence that nothing will happen. In Kolkata they arrived on time their was no delay as such in delivery and to my surprise nothing was damaged . They even unloaded and installed a few big items like bed and glass dinning table. Everybody is surprised that their charges are so reasonable. It took me a whole week to unpack everything out from their packaging as it was so well done. Overall I did not expect such wonderful service, I am super impressed by their services. They did not give me anytime to take any tension about this entire process as it was very smoothly and confidently done by PDM team. I would like to thank Mr. Pradeep and his associates who took care of everything. I would close my eyes and contact PDM anyday for moving anything from anywhere, in my opinion they are the best in the market. I wish PDM for great success.
I moved from Hyderabad, Telangana to Balasore, Odisha recently and I had too much stuff to transfer so I was looking for a packers and movers. As per my friend's suggestions I planned the same with PDM packers and movers. I just informed them over WhatsApp and the next day they were there at my place, at the exact time I asked them to arrive. I was amazed to see their high quality packing and the materials they bought. They had tripleply cardboard boxes which were tough and survived the long journey of almost 1000 kms. They also bought plastic wrappers and wrapped the cardboard properly after packing and taping it three to four times. I had two trolley bags also which were big enough and could not fit any cardboard. They wrapped it in bubble wrap, and with so many layers of bubble wrap that I lost count 😂. After bubble wrap and taping was done, it was again wrapped with a clear plastic. Not only this, the owner also advised to put cardboard wrap under the wheels before wrapping so that they do not get damaged in the journey. They had also wrapped all the glass items with bubble wrap before putting it into the boxes.All in all, it was a superb experience and all items reached my home safely. They covered over a 1000 kms of journey in just 3-4 days. Nothing was broken and the cardboard boxes were as good as new. If I again move anywhere, I would surely go with PDM
I booked my bike for transportation from Hyderabad to Kanpur. Here is my experience with them.
Packing of my bike was done in very good manner and I would rate it 5/5.
-I am very happy with the delivery as it took less than 7 days even with the covid situation - As they packed my bike at their best I recieved my bike with no damages whatsoever - I found the pricing to be good compared to other movers and packers in the vicinity of gachibowli. - the dropping part can be improved a little as it would be difficult for a single customer to handle as there wasnt a lot of people to help when the drop was done.
